Policy
Mint Pixel Market exclusively sells digital products with instant access upon purchase. Because downloads and licenses are delivered immediately, our ability to process cancellations is strictly limited once access has been granted.
Cancellation requests are only accepted before your order is processed and access is granted. If you contact our support team immediately after placing an order and before any product delivery has occurred, we may be able to cancel it on a case-by-case basis.
Once a product has been delivered — including when a download link is activated, a license key is issued, or access to a digital resource is enabled — the order is considered complete and cancellation is no longer possible.
Due to the nature of digital goods, cancellations are not permitted after a purchase is finalized. Digital products — such as templates, software, assets, and licenses — cannot be "returned" the way physical items can. Once access is granted, the product has been consumed.
We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly review product descriptions, previews, requirements, and compatibility details before completing a purchase. If you have any pre-purchase questions, our support team is happy to assist.
While our policy is strict by necessity, we recognize that unusual circumstances can occur. Cancellation or remediation may be considered in the following rare situations:
- Duplicate Payment — You were charged more than once for the same product due to a billing or gateway error.
- Technical Error — A verifiable technical failure on our platform prevented product delivery or resulted in a materially incorrect order.
- Product Not Delivered — Access to your purchased product was never granted and cannot be resolved through standard delivery methods.
All exception requests are reviewed individually. Approval is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of Mint Pixel Market.
If Mint Pixel Market offers subscription-based access to any products or services, you may cancel future billing at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle from being charged.
Past subscription payments are non-refundable. Your access will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
